Line items on your credit card statement containing "PACCESS" indicate that you have funded your account directly
through Psychic Access. All billing support is handled by our staff.

If you used "PayPal"....
For any and all questions regarding your account being funded through Paypal, you will need to contact
their customer service department. Before doing this, you may also want to have the receipt
number for the transaction in question. To get this number, click on "Transaction History" under "My Account"
on the menu bar above, scroll down
to locate the date of the transaction, click "Balance Funded" link. You'll see the Receipt Nbr in the pop-up.
