Direct Dial Feature :::
Our new "Direct Dial" will be available in early in April 2009 for anyone who has to dial "1" for long distance.
If you have dial-up Internet access, this will work great for you. Traveling and don't have a computer handy?
"Direct Dial" will accomodate you too. Just call our published TOLL-FREE number and enter the extension of the
psychic advisor you wish to speak to and you will be connected. If you do not have enough funds in your account,
you'll even be able to add funds right over the telephone by credit card. Your phone number will NOT dispaly on
any caller-id device.
To use our "Direct Dial" feature, you'll need to have set up a "Pin Number" on your account. This is very easy to do. Just click
on "My Account", then click "My Information". Right below Telephone you'll see "Pin Number". Just enter a 4 digit number and
press "Submit Now". Please select a Pin Number that is easy to remember but something hard for anyone to guess. We
strongly recommend using the last 4 digits of your SSN or SIN card. Never use pins like 1234, 3333, 4444 etc. Your
"Pin Number" is your password when using our "Direct Dial" feature.
Call Me Button ::: Just click on the "Call Me" button for any psychic advisor.
Our phone system works by first calling the psychic and then if they answer, calling you and joining the calls.
Your phone number is never displayed on any caller-id device. Our staff does not have any access to your phone number.
If the psychic does not answer, you will not be called or billed. Sometimes a psychic might be out of phone reach
for a moment or two, if they do not answer, please do not take it personally. Psychics missing calls are logged off
our system and remain so until they log back in.
When the phone teleform window is displayed, notice you can not enter a phone number. You may only be called
at the phone number you provided when you registered. If that number changes, please update your information by
clicking on My Information under My Account on the menu above.
We have eliminated almost all connection fees for phone readings. In cases where a connection fee is to be charged,
it will be displayed on the phone teleform giving you the option of continuing or not. In certain countries, mobile
phones have a high connection fee, to avoid this, consider using a land-line if possible.
